Body Recall: Fitness For Life!
This nationally recognized physical fitness program is designed for adults who want to improve muscle tone and flexibility. This method of exercise is possible for all people.

Program in association with Berea College.  Classrooms are located just across the street from the hotel on the Berea College campus.
