Membership

Membership in the Body Recall Student Alliance entitles students to:

• Access to Body Recall lifetime fitness classes that are offered across the country. Students must have a membership to attend classes.
• The Body Recall textbook, which outlines the exercises and movements taught in classes.
• A Fall Recovery DVD, demonstrating vital techniques that you can follow along with and practice at home.
• Access to health and wellness information through our website and newsletter.
