Body Recall Regions

Teacher Advisory Council plays invaluable role

The Teacher Advisory Council (TAC) was formed out of the strategic planning efforts of the Board, staff, and teachers back in 2005. It has taken different forms over the years in an attempt to find the best way to represent teachers in the field to the Board and deliver communications & services to the teachers in the field efficiently. The TAC is comprised of Certified Body Recall Teachers who represent the teachers of a specific region by participating on conference calls on Tuesday evenings prior to and just following the Board of Directors meetings. They assist headquarters in a variety of ways and are sometimes asked to contact teachers directly, usually via email.

The TAC Representatives will play a significant role in the regions as we work toward opening up opportunities for events, such as trainings & fall recovery workshops to be held at convenient locations. Anyone interested in joining TAC should contact Jeff Rubin or Carolyn Wallace at Body Recall headquarters. Many Thanks to Wilson Knipe, who recently resigned from the TAC. Wilson had served as the voting TAC Representative, and also as the non-voting Representative to the Board. Wilson worked hard to regionalize the TAC. He continues to teach Body Recall in Columbus, Ohio.
